Experience the stunning raw beauty of the colourful steaming lakes, and bubbling mud pools.

Take in all the sights, sounds and smells as you make your way along the trails through native manuka bushland.

Our trails range between 45-90 minutes of walking and are suitable for all levels of fitness, perfect for bringing the whole family along to see the marvellous natural wonders.

Open Daily 9am to 2:30pm – last entry at 2.15pm

Well worth a visit.

Interesting, leisurely paced walk full of history and fascinating geothermic contents. Every turn greeted us with a different sight, historic fact or a wow moment. The walk to the top of the hill was beautiful to see the lake below and I would definitely return again if holidaying in NZ.

We have a very fun experience. The walk itself was easy to do on our own. The views were pretty good and we enjoyed it very much. The place feels very welcoming and accommodating.
