Elaine Beach said... While I appreciate the staff and their customer service, there was an obvious sense that the animals in particularly the tiger, gorilla and lions are avoiding us/humans. There was one gorilla and one tiger and they seemed really lonely and had enough of us, as soon as they see us they turn their backs. I’m not complaining that we don’t get what we paid for but rather I feel sorry for them. Stuck in there for life and possibly depressed. What’s the point of having the only wildlife reserve park in NZ if there’s so much sadness and at what cost? Also the safari feeding experience they promote on the website , they don’t run it anymore. They should put that down.
